The attitude, more than the words, might just perfectly sum up the experience of the Holy Spirit in the lives of some believers. The Holy Spirit only seems to be mentioned along with contemporary 'worship' music or in conjunction with a mysterious language. Is He a disc jockey or the eccentric uncle that no one talked about? Or is He something more?
Those who ignore Him often hold a functional view that the Bible is of greater importance than the role of the Holy Spirit in the life of the Church.
What is the role of the Holy Spirit? Who is He? Is He the ghost of Jesus?
Some have suggested that the Holy Spirit is the forgotten God, I just think it is all just a big mess of misunderstanding.
Misunderstandings need conversations to bring clarity.
